[The video turns on to show Ciel examining himself by touch. He is sitting at his desk, his fingers brushing over the tiny - and unexpected - fangs in his mouth. After a moment, he frowns and lowers his hand.]

Hm. [He then eyes the dessert Sebastian had brought him earlier. Somehow, that just wouldn't do. Pushing the plate away, he stands up and moves to the window. Pushing it open, he hoists himself up onto the window ledge.]

I'm going out, Sebastian. [He calls, knowing the demon will hear him. And, without further ado, Ciel leaps towards the ground and disappears into the night.]

[OOC: Ciel is carrying his communicator with him, so it's not like your character has to run into him in order to talk to him. &hearts]

[The answer is simple...]

I believe so and I'm quite hungry.

Unless my eyes have been playing tricks on me, your appearance and actions have close enough a resemblance to what I believe to be a vampire... and I never did understand the rationale behind a vampire's indulgence.

It's called hunger. If I don't satisfy it, I will feel sick and, eventually, I will starve.

[And Ciel doesn't like denying himself food of any sort.]

[ whoa, whoa, whoa. NO. that's just scary. actually, the idea of drinking someone's blood is scarier, but hey, this is a pretty scary situation by itself. ]

And how many would you need to satisfy your hunger?

By drinking someone's blood, I imagine. That is how vampires gain sustenance.

[It will be easier to grab a victim too. His strength and maneuverability have increased.]

That depends on how much blood I want to take from them.

[ now, now, Ciel. you don't sound like an experienced vampy. ] If you're not even certain, surely you can exercise some self-restraint?

Do you drink blood on a regular basis?

I have never partaken of blood before. I am an English Earl, after all. However, I am uncomfortable. My stomach has been growling all day. If blood will sustain me, I will try it.

[Besides, he craves it. Almost as much as one of his precious desserts.]

You are laboring under the delusion that I will feel bad if someone dies. They should have realized the dangers today presents. If they are out on their own, that is their mistake.

You can't possibly expect everyone to know that!
