It is ironic that my new "life" would begin today. [A small chuckle can be heard as he opens the front door.] I sincerely hope that this house doesn't collapse on top of me.

Not here, but I've a smaller arrangement here than I had in London. I'm not sure I've much need for any others, though I do consider it sometimes. Riff can handle most everything.

I suppose, if it's like anything, it's a bit like traveling or living abroad and being without much of a household. I've never taken many servants beyond Riff when I've traveled before.

I am the same, but I think I could use a maid, a cook and a gardener especially. Then again, Sebastian is the best cook I know. Perhaps I will leave that up to him.

With a house so large as yours, I should think you would need at least a maid and a gardener. If your Sebastian is skilled as as you say, or at least as skilled as Riff, then perhaps a cook would be superfluous.

My family has run the Funtom Company for some time. We specialize in producing toys, clothes and other items for children. I would like to continue the business here - especially for the children who could potentially find comfort in such items.
