[The screen shakes as Ciel tries to operate the - to him - foreign device. His pale fingers are wrapped so tightly around the camera that his knuckles are white. To add to this picture of desperation, the boy is clenching his teeth.

Oh and his hands are covered in blood.]

Where the hell am I?! [He shudders intensely, his one visible eye filled with betrayal and pain.]

I want answers now! [The only saving grace for the dear Earl is that he was able to change out of his nightshirt. But it's clear that he is only partially dressed.]

It's too bloody cold out here... [He stumbles and falls to his knees, dragging in short, pained breaths.]

[There's only a startled noise and a flash of Doll staring at him in surprise before the device cuts out again, not really feeling safe talking to him after what he'd said to her his last time here.]

[Ciel's eyes narrow and he feels a shiver climb up his spine.]

[No, surely not... She was dead.]

[She wants to say something to him but she can't, only staring briefly, her eye drawn to the blood on his hands. What on earth...

She's suddenly scared, for her siblings more than herself, what was going on back home?

But she can't, can't bring herself to ask or risk hearing anything, so she switches her device off on purpose this time, hiding it so she won't even be tempted to see what else he's been saying to people.]

[His face falls slightly and a clear expression of regret crosses his features. All in all, he had never had qualms with Doll. She had been one of the few that was genuinely kind.]

[Last time he'd berated her harshly for what she'd done back home, made her hate herself for it more than she already did. She hadn't even known that he'd known so much about it.

And then Beast had forbidden her from talking to him anymore, but Beast wasn't here now...

She's suddenly feeling a lot less safer in the City than she was before, even if she's not sure why.]

[Ciel is aware of what the Circus members did, but the way they ended... The way she ended still weighed heavily on him. Some of them might have deserved it, but Doll wasn't one of them. She had opened up her home to him and shared a bed with him when he was sick.

There were so few that would have done that and, even if he was a brat, he wasn't completely heartless.

Stiffening, he starts to wonder if this "City" is filled with other Circus members. He might be less safe than he originally thought...]

Over a year she'd been here, most of that without any of her family around.

But she'd never wanted a way to get back home more than she did now.]

I could try to have an open action post in her journal within the next few days, if that would work? Though if there's any way to avoid her being told that her family is all dead that would be good ^^; because the news would break her.

Perfect! And...yeah. I don't really think Ciel would be that cruel. He doesn't really have a grudge against her. Besides, he's already mourning the loss of Sebastian.
