I've forgotten how much time has passed. I don't think it particularly matters to keep a calender. It's not as if I'm doing anything of supreme importance here. Sebastian and I are merely biding our time until we can return to London.

Then again, perhaps our time hasn't been completely wasted...

Sebastian, I wish to speak to Doll face to face. She has been evading me for months. It has become tiresome. Do what you must to bring her to me. [Because he knows if he seeks her out, she will run.]

I think I understand this city a bit better. Deities are not the ones in control. There is something far more sinister pulling the strings. If I were to place a bet, I would put my money on some sort of demonic lordship.

We are but puppets on their marionette strings.
